彩石金属瓦耐候性实验方案建议

一、瓦面耐候性试验是模拟夏季瓦面经高温日晒后突降暴雨和冬夏年温度的反复作用,对房顶瓦面进行的加速气候老化试验,是检验和评价房顶瓦体系质量的最重要的试验项目。耐候性试验与实际工程有着很好的相关性,能很好地反应实际的耐候性能。大型耐侯性试验要求试样经20次高温(70℃)--降雨(15℃)循环和20次加热(50℃)--冷冻(-20℃)循环后不得出现空鼓、脱落及开裂。广州瓦纳尔与华南理工大学共同连手下,进行了具体试验方式研讨,得出一套类似于国家建筑材料测试中心耐候性的检测方法,我司内部对户外系列产品的综合性能测试具有如下特点:1495876822132568.jpg

四、日照的模拟: 国内通行的耐老化试验方法是氙弧辐射,但在国外氙弧辐射和紫外光老化试验都是应用广泛的试验方法,这两种方法是基于完全不同的原理。氙灯照射试验箱仿制全部的太阳光谱,包括紫外光、可见光和红外光,其目的是模拟太阳光。而紫外光老化试验并不企图仿制太阳光线,而只是模仿太阳光的破坏效果。它是基于这样的原理,长期在室外暴露的耐久性材料,受短波紫外光照射引起的老化损害最大。

五、温度的模拟: 根据行标的要求,耐候性实验室的温度控制范围应该达到-25℃~30℃。但由于制冷设备造价昂贵,并根据冬冷夏热地区的气温变化范围,我们暂按0℃~70℃进行模拟,方法如下:

2:10℃~50℃范围:主要采用温度控制箱对实验室进行温度调节,其可调范围为室温至50℃,同时使用辅助电加热手段对实验室进行加温。

3: 50℃~70℃范围:夏季日照时间长,而且太阳辐射强度大,通常水平屋顶外表面的空气综合温度达到60~70 ℃,西墙面综合温度达到50~60 ℃,东墙面综合温度达到45~50 ℃,根据这一要求,我们采用了5-10组烘灯及2组紫外线灯进行模拟阳光直射进行烘烤,确保实验墙表面温度达到理想温度,并保证足够照射时间。

六、附述:如上检测方法并不代表我司产品就能达到如此要求,但可以拿彩石金属瓦粘合剂所生产出来的彩石金属瓦和其它同类彩石瓦产品做同样的测试来区分优劣。
